The commonest training course is three days.
A three day Linux training session covers
opening a command shell, creating bash scripts, using grep, awk, sed
and the other traditional scripting tools, regular expressions and
three focused lectures.
Focused lectures cover specialized material including using crontab,
backup and recovery techniques, analyzing network performance, managing
Virtual Machines, managing Postrgres and MySql, etc.
These lectures can be combined with Tcl lectures for network test engineers.

- The general system admin sequence: (110, 120, 132, 142, xxx yyy)
- The network admin sequence: (110, 120, 131, 141, 210 and 220)
- The web administrator sequence: (110, 120, 131, 141, 250, 350, and 360 or 335)
- The database-backed web developer sequence: Database, Apache, XML (110, 120, 131, 142, 231/232/233, 350 and 335 or 360)
